TIPS ON HOW TO SURVIVE THE PANDEMIC


We all know that this pandemic that we are experiencing is unexpected, hard and not easy for everyone. The coronavirus pandemic made a lot of different impact and changes in everyone’s’ lives. Most if not everyone is still adjusting and don’t know what to do and how to survive the pandemic. Here are some tips to keep in mind to help survive this pandemic:

1. Get vaccinated and wear masks

-Always wear masks over your nose and mouth is a basic practice that everyone should remember because it is one thing that can help you in surviving the pandemic. It also helps you lower the risk of getting and spreading it. Getting vaccinated is also needed in helping to survive. With getting vaccinated it can help reduce the risk of getting the virus or having severe symptoms if you got the virus.

2. Stay physically healthy and safe

- Staying physically healthy helps you in having a good immune system which can aid you in fighting the virus. Taking care of your body, like eating healthy and exercising, keep you healthy and supports your overall immune system, which is a must during this pandemic. 3. Be a Positive Thinker

-Having a lot of negative thought during this pandemic is common. Think and look at the positive things in life. If you keep a positive mindset it can help you a lot in your mental health. This pandemic is not forever and there is also an end to this. Always remind yourself that there is good in your life. Being a positive thinker can help you face your everyday struggles and help you to survive in this pandemic.

4. Find a hobby/project to do

- Finding a hobby or project to do is a great way to spend your time in. Having nothing to do can have an effect in our mental health. It can also help in relieving stress and distract you for a short time about the pandemic. Some of the things you can do are gardening, cooking, drawing, baking and many more.

5. Make or continue Social Connections

-Staying connected with others like friends is really helpful and can lower anxiety and depression. It not only improve your mental health but also your emotional and physical which is good. Even though you are not with them physically you can still connect with them through social media and other platforms. With this it can remind you that you are not alone and we are in this together.
